刚刚得到消息，C4D的开发公司Maxon已经与大名鼎鼎雕刻软件Zbrush开发公司Pixologic达成最终协议，将收购Pixologic的全部资产。
收购预计将在2021年的第四季度结束，并受惯例监管批准和关闭条件。在交易结束之前，双方公司将继续独立运营。结束后，Pixologic创始人兼首席执行官Ofer Alon及其团队将加入Maxon。具体交易金额与交易有关的更多细节将在交易结束后披露。
